"A MAN FOUND A COCOON OF A BUTTERFLY AND ONE DAY A SMALL OPENING APPEARED"
A MAN FOUND A COCOON OF A BUTTERFLY
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little opening.
Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could go no further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly, he took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.
The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small shrivelled wings
Neither happened!!
In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shrivelled wings- it was never able to fly.
What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening was natures way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggling is exactly what we need in our life. If nature allows us to go through life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as we could be.
What did you learn from the above story.. I learnt two things:-
That I must develop and grow through adversity
That in my FM Group Network marketing business I must allow my down-line to develop and evolve in the same way I have. I cannot do the work for them. If they are to grow into beautiful butterflies, they must do it for themselves… WITH SUPPORT FROM THEIR TEAM MEMBERS.
Remember the words of Calvin Coolidge
Nothing can take the place of PERSISTANCE
TALENT will not-nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent
GENIUS will not-unrewarded genius is almost a proverb
EDUCATION will not-the world is full of educated derelicts
PERSISTANCE and DETERMINATION alone are OMNIPOTENT
IN ORDER TO SUCCEED.. YOU MUST
KNOW.. What you are doing
LIKE What you are doing
BELIEVE In what you are doing
Thank you for reading..
